By requesting or booking services with Happy Hound Grooming, you agree to these terms.
Estimates & pricing
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Final prices depend on your dog's breed, size, coat condition, temperament and any additional services requested or needed. Pricing assumes good coat condition and accurate information about your dog.
Appointments & confirmation
We confirm appointments the day before by phone or text during office hours. Unconfirmed appointments may be removed from the schedule. Arrival times are given as a 1-hour window.
Cancellations & no-shows
- At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice: $50.
- No-show (no one home at the appointment time): $100.
Matting & health
Removing mats can cause nicks, cuts, abrasions or skin irritation, and may reveal existing skin problems. Severely matted dogs may be shaved and charged extra. We are not responsible for injuries from mat removal or for pre-existing health conditions found during or after grooming.
Behavior & safety
We never use tranquilizers. A muzzle may be used for safety. Our groomers may stop a groom if a dog is aggressive or if continuing would be unsafe for the dog or groomer.
Age & weight limits
For the safety of your pet and our groomers, we groom dogs up to 12 years old and up to 100 lbs.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover and cash. No personal checks.
